Retrofit is the introduction of new materials and technologies into an existing building to reduce its energy needs.

An estimated 29 million homes need to be retrofitted by 2030, according to the Green Finance Institute, if we are to reach our net zero goals in the UK. In addition, over 2 million non-domestic properties require extensive retrofitting over the same period.

We understand both the urgent need to decarbonise Britain’s buildings and the measures required in order to do this. Our team has developed a suite of retrofit services to support homeowners, local councils, social housing providers, and non-domestic property owners through the retrofit process.
