PAS 2038 Retrofit Assessments follow a government-approved process in retrofitting non-domestic properties, such as schools, libraries, and commercial buidings.

The PAS 2038 framework is a more recent addition to the retrofit scene than PAS 2035, and as such, there are fewer competent retrofit assessors out there who can evaluate non-domestic properties.

Our local award-winning team of retrofit specialists have worked with our sustainability consultants to adapt their domestic processes to work in non-domestic settings. Together, the combined team have so far produced successful assessments for churches, schools, and a community centre.

Why work with us?

Our retrofit reports have been optimised over time and through countless iterations based on feedback from Retrofit Coordinators.

They now represent the high bar for data collection and detail in the industry.

We were Highly Commended as an Employer and honoured with Retrofit Assessor of the Year awards at the Retrofit Academy Awards ceremony in 2023.

The judges praised us for our ability to combine exceptional quality with the ability to work at scale.

Our combined team of retrofit assessors and office-based staff work collaboratively to turn around a high number of high-quality reports each week.

We focus on speed and accuracy when planning PAS 2038 retrofit assessment projects.

Our rate card prices for all services are reviewed regularly, so we’re confident that you won’t find a better service for a better price anywhere else.

If you think you’ve found one, we’ll either beat or match it.

Navigating the complexity of energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and building regulation updates isn’t easy. We’ve worked hard to explain a range of topics related to retrofit in plain English to help non-experts get the information they need.
