Receiving this award is a huge honour. It validates the “behind the scenes” work that goes into every new build and retrofit project — from the initial energy modelling and compliance checks to the final retrofit strategies. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate not just our win, but the collective success of the Bristol property community.

It is a fantastic recognition of the hard work everyone has put in across our new build and retrofit projects.

I’m incredibly proud of the team for remaining dynamic and proving that sustainability and profitability go hand-in-hand. Our work is driven by the belief that people prefer (and deserve) to live and work in healthy, sustainable buildings where they can thrive.

We are operating in a turbulent landscape. We often hear about a “greenlash,” or that climate action is just a “nice to have.” I see it differently:

– The Tech is Ready: Our industry’s technical ability to decarbonise has never looked better.
– The Economics Stack Up: The cost of energy efficiency is tumbling while demand grows.
– Clients Want It: We are seeing clients embrace sustainability because it benefits their bottom line, regardless of the political noise.
