Jack Hannon

Director of Operations

Jack became the initial team member to join Building Energy Expert in the capacity of Building Sustainability Surveyor. Fueled by a deep interest in environmental issues and sustainability, he earned an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Environmental Geography from Cardiff University.

Attaining various qualifications, Jack became a certified ATTMA Level 1 & Passivhaus Air Tightness Tester, Part F Ventilation Commissioner, Domestic Energy Assessor, and Retrofit Assessor. Additionally, he received a Level 3 award in Energy Efficiency of Older and Traditional Buildings. His dedication and contributions earned him recognition at the 2023 Retrofit Academy Awards, where he won the Retrofit Assessor of the Year Award for his pivotal role in developing a retrofit data collection app.

Presently serving as the Head of Operations, Jack oversees operational efficiency and spearheads the implementation of innovative solutions for the successful execution of numerous projects. His commitment lies in promoting sustainable practices, aligning with Building Energy Expert’s mission to make the world a greener place.
