The Diocese of Bath and Wells engaged BEE to support the development of its Net Zero strategy for clergy housing. BEE has provided valuable expertise and guidance alongside delivering medium-term, low-carbon plans for each dwelling, aligned with PAS 2035 and established heritage best practices. They demonstrated strong technical knowledge throughout and presented their findings in a clear, accessible format that is usable both by technical experts and non-specialists. In addition, they are a friendly and approachable team, making collaboration straightforward and constructive. This work presents particular challenges for older, listed vicarages, where BEE has shown a strong capability to develop sensitive and carefully considered proposals that respect the historic fabric while enabling sustainable improvements.

In delivery of the Warm Homes: Local Grant programme in Shropshire, Building Energy Experts (BEE) have acted as invaluable partners to the Council.
