Your Retrofit Coordinator is the principal point of contact between everyone involved in your project – designers, installers, residents and stakeholders – and is accountable for the professional management of the project from start to finish. Key duties include:

Team Verification – confirming all project roles are filled by competent, certified professionals

Technical Oversight – verifying assessments and designs are complete, accurate, and fully integrated before work begins
