Our business has been built on the idea that energy performance needs to be considered at each phase of a building’s life.
From the initial planning stage – where energy modelling and well-written sustainability statements heavily influence the approval process – through the construction and the As Built testing stages, energy efficiency can be implemented by knowledgeable practitioners. Equally, in existing properties, energy modelling, testing, and analysis can reveal where issues have arisen and what actions can resolve them.
