Michelle is a Retrofit Project Officer with five years of experience working within the retrofit and energy efficiency sector. She has developed extensive knowledge in delivering domestic retrofit projects, supporting compliance processes, and improving housing quality and energy performance across a wide range of properties.
Her qualifications include:
- Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit
- Level 3 Retrofit Advisor
- Level 4 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor (RA)
- Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management
- Level 3 Award in Traditional and Older Buildings
Michelle has a strong understanding of PAS 2035 processes, retrofit compliance, risk management, and the additional considerations required when working with traditional and older properties.
She joined Building Energy Experts in May 2026 and is passionate about helping deliver high-quality retrofit solutions that improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
