About the Project

This initiative, funded by the Community Energy Fund, is testing a hyperlocal model for making home energy efficiency upgrades more accessible and affordable. In partnership with the Centre for Energy Equality, the project is using the Fairer Warmth app to assess retrofit potential based on a home’s EPC rating, age and other features.

What’s Next?

As the project progresses, we look forward to carrying out the assessments and testing, working closely with Burnham and Weston Energy and the Centre for Energy Inequality to support local residents. Once the assessments are complete, we’ll share key insights and recommendations to help guide the community’s retrofit journey.
