What are the awards all about?

The Southwest Energy Consultancy of the Year Award rewards the most exceptional individual or company. We were therefore judged on the quality of advice we give to businesses about energy efficiency savings. The award recognises the efforts of energy assessors that provide excellent customer service. Points also go to those who demonstrate a high standard of assessment and best practice within their local community.

The Southwest Energy Efficiency Awards are part of the wider national programme of events and awards focused on the building industry. Each year they celebrate successful companies and innovative projects across the UK. These high-profile events highlight the “Best in Class” installers, financers, engineers, and consultants.

What did the judges like about our approach?

So we find the gap between energy modelling performance and the building’s in-use performance through a mixture of on-site testing and desk-based research. Identifying these issues and advising our customers, on how to overcome them helps them to bridge the performance gap inherent in the new build process.
