How does it work?

- Book Your Assessment: Complete our enquiry form below, and we’ll get in touch to schedule your assessment. A voucher is required to confirm your booking, but you can submit your enquiry form now even if you don’t have a voucher yet.
- Redeem Your Discount: Once your voucher is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with a 70% discount on the assessment costs.
- Have Your Assessment: One of our qualified assessors will visit your home to conduct your chosen assessment, and produce a detailed report outlining energy-efficient improvement recommendations.
- Receive Your Report: You’ll receive an energy efficiency report with tailored advice to help you make the right improvements to your home.

What assessments does the Retrofit West voucher cover?
We offer three types of home assessments under the voucher scheme. You can claim and redeem up to two vouchers with us for the following assessments:
Air Tightness Testing

- This option is highly recommended if you are dealing with damp or mould issues.
