2. Advanced Air Tightness Test (incl. Ventilation Survey)
Best for homes with damp or mould issues.
- Comprehensive Check: Includes everything in the Standard Air Tightness Test PLUS a Whole House Ventilation Survey.
- Tackle Damp & Mould: We ensure your home has adequate ventilation—essential for preventing condensation and mould growth.
- Healthier Living: Creates a balance between keeping heat in and ensuring fresh, healthy air quality.
- Note: Highly recommended if you are planning significant insulation upgrades.

3. Thermal Imaging Survey
See what the naked eye misses.
- Visualise Heat Loss: We use advanced infrared technology to detect temperature variations in your walls, roof and windows.
- Find Hidden Issues: Identify missing insulation or thermal bridges that aren’t visible during a standard walkthrough.

- Eligible Areas: Your home is in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset or South Gloucestershire.
- Exclusions: Please note that North Somerset is not eligible for this funding.
How does it work?
- Apply for your Voucher: Visit Retrofit West and select Building Energy Experts as your provider.
- Book Your Survey: Once you receive your voucher code via email, fill out our enquiry form below to schedule your assessment. Note: Vouchers are valid for 3 months form issue.
- Redeem & Save: We will validate your voucher and invoice you. You only pay the remaining 20% of the cost.
- Get Your Report: Our qualified assessor visits your property and produces a detailed report to guide your home improvements.
