Trainee Retrofit Assessor

Roberts joined the team in April 2025 as a Trainee Retrofit Assessor. He is a graduate of Architectural Technology and Design from UWE Bristol, where he developed a strong understanding of sustainable building principles through both academic study and hands-on learning. During his time in industry, Roberts produced planning applications, technical drawing packages, and 3D visualisations using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.

His background in high-level competitive sports brings focus, discipline, and a team-first mindset to his work—helping bridge the gap between design vision and practical delivery on site. With a strong foundation in architectural technology and a growing passion for sustainable design, Roberts is committed to supporting the team’s retrofit and low-carbon goals.
